Ordering and Delivery

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday-Friday) will be will be despatched on the same day with a next working day delivery service. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday, on a weekend or on a bank holiday will be despatched on the next working day.

Tracking numbers are provided with every order once despatched so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You will receive an email/text message with the tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we can check your order status to see where your parcel is.

If your items are pre-ordered, we will despatch your order as soon as the stock arrives. You should get an email/text message with the tracking information once your order has been shipped.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Orders over £50 qualify for FREE next working day delivery.

If your order is under £50 we offer 2 delivery services:

Royal Mail 24 Tracked - £4.95

DHL Parcel Next Working Day - £8.95

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, all of our orders are shipped with a tracked delivery service. You will received an email/text message once your order has been despatched. This will include a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your delivery.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place an order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away by email at  help@philsmithagencies.co.uk we will do our best to modify or cancel your order as requested.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We only ship within the UK and Ireland.

When ordering goods for deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Please note that you are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance. 

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in which you are receiving the goods.

Payment

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

We aim to process refunds within 3 days of an item being returned to us.

Please note, however, that your bank may take several days days to process the funds back into your account. With that said, please allow up to 10 working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund.

We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Returns / Warranty

DOES MY ITEM HAVE WARRANTY?

We have a 12 month warranty period for all electrical items. This covers all non-moving parts, including the battery, circuit board and all electrical elements. Blades, chargers and switches are NOT covered under warranty.

You MUST have your proof of purchase to be covered by warranty. For further information please see our refund policy.

You are not covered by warranty if products are faulty due to wear and tear, wilful or accidental damage, lack of maintenance, negligence by you or any third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, failure to follow manufacturer’s instructions, or any alteration or repair carried out without the prior approval from ourselves. Any of the above may void your warranty.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can request to return it within 30 days of receiving your order if it remains in its original condition. This means a visual inspection, NOT a product trial. To be eligible for a return, products must be new and unused, unopened with seals intact, and remain in its original packaging. This applies to items purchased from this site only and proof of purchase is required. We cannot accept the return of goods after the 30 day period unless they are being returned due to a potential fault.

To request a return, you can contact us at help@philsmithagencies.co.uk or via our contact us form. If your request is accepted, you will be provided with instructions on how and where to send your package and issued with a reference number to be included.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RETURN MY ITEM?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item.

Once we receive your return, it will be fully tested by our technician and then we will be in contact either by phone or email to discuss the potential issue raised. Unfortunately we cannot do anything without having your item returned back to us.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

We are closed on weekends and bank holidays.
