How do I change or cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering with your name and order number, via sales@philsmithagencies, we will do our nest to modify or cancel your order.
When will my order arrive?
We offer Next Working Day Delivery. Orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday and on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday. tracking numbers are included on every order so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery. You will receive an email / text message with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.
If your items were pre-ordered then they will ship out as soon as they come in stock.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You will received an email / text message as soon as your item has been despatched. this will include a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
Do you ship Internationally?
We ship goods within the UK and Ireland, Shipping fees paid at the time of the order do not include and necessary duties and/or taxes due.

Can I return an item?
You can return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Please send an email to sales@philsmithagencies.co.uk with a copy of your receipt (or order number) contact details and a brief explanation of the issue. A return case must be opened before returning your item. Please note Gamma+ does not cover return shipping fees.
Does my item have a warranty?
All Gamma+ items are supplied with a 12 month warranty. You MUST have your proof of purchase to verify your warranty.
What is covered by the warranty?
Gamma+ products have a 12 month warranty on all non-moving parts including the battery, the circuit board and all elctrical components.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on moving parts including blades, blade runners, switches, levers etc.
Damage caused by any of the following is not covered by the warranty:
- Use of improper voltage / charger
- Negligence including excessive build up of products / hair in item (lack of cleaning)
- Misuse or abuse such as dropping
- Tampering such as attempted repair by an unauthorized person
A warranty claim will require a proof of purchase from an Official UK Seller who sells with our permission,
Is My Product Used?
Part of our Quality Control is testing the blades cutting performance. In order to do so. the machine is tested on synthetic clear grey nylon fibre to ensure you receive a perfect product. We try our hardest to clean every piece of the fibre before it gets to you. If you do see the nylon fibres, rest assured these are not hairs and your item is not used. We also pre-oil your item so they are ready to go once received.
