Shipping policy

Shipping:

Orders over £50 placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) qualify for FREE mainland UK next day delivery. Orders placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be processed on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday may be delivered on a Saturday or the following Monday depending on the courier.

We offer 2 delivery services: Royal Mail 24 Tracked or DHL Parcel Next Working Day.

Orders over £50 qualify for FREE shipping. 

Prices for all products on our site and the shipping charges are including 20% VAT and are automatically added at checkout.

**PLEASE NOTE - IMPORT DUTY**

When ordering goods for deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the goods reach the specified destination. Please note that you are responsible for any additional charges for customs clearance

If you choose to reject an order rather than paying customs charges, you are liable for the cost of any charges incurred by the courier AND the cost of shipping the order back to ourselves. These charges will be automatically deducted from your refund.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. If you are ordering goods from outside the UK, it is your responsibility to comply with all laws and regulations in which you are receiving the goods.

Delivery:

Delivery will be made to the address specified when you place an order. If you request for your parcel to be left in a safe space, or with a neighbour, and it goes missing, we will not be liable or required to take further action. 

Whilst we make every effort to ensure all deliveries are completed with the said time frame, we shall not be liable for late delivery due to circumstances that are beyond our control. Times quoted are made in good faith, but shall not be binding. Late delivery does not entitle you to refuse or cancel the order once it has already been dispatched.

A signature may be required at delivery. Signing for a parcel accepts the goods into your care and that they have been received complete and in undamaged packaging. You as the customer have the right to refuse damaged or incomplete parcels.

In the event of customer absence at the time of delivery, an attempt will be made by the courier to re-deliver on another day. Any request to deliver to an alternative address after repeated failed attempts by the courier may incur extra postage charges.
